- Check the status of your referral online in our Members Area
- Receive a check for any properties listed as "Purchased"
Within our Members Area, you will get to see the real-time status of your referral:
- Under Review
- Offer Submitted
- Pending Inspection
- Offer Accepted - Sale Pending
- Offer Rejected
- Non Purchase
- Purchased
Once your referral is listed as "Purchased" we will contact you to either meet in person, or mail you your referral check. It's a great payday for just keeping a sharp eye out, and taking just a few minutes to contact us.
