Who is Arizona Home Offers?
Arizona Home Offers is a private group of real estate investors who buys distressed properties throughout Arizona. We are constantly seeking distressed properties to purchase and renovate. We have excellent financial backing and can pay cash for the houses we buy.
How does the Referral Program work?
Our Referral Program is simple. Go to Member Registration and create an account with us. Then, submit a referral via our online submission form. Once you have submitted a referral you will be able to see the real-time status of our buying efforts. When we purchase the property you have referred to us we will hand, or send you a check for $500.00. Send us a couple of great leads, and you can become a part of our Real Estate Team where not only do you get the referral cash, but we will sweeten the deal by allowing you to be our “Buyer’s Agent”. That’s right, $500.00 cash and commissions for the purchase of the property! Although, we have an Agent/Broker on our team we believe in rewarding everyone who helps build our investment business.
What is a Distressed Property?
While definitions vary from investor to investor we define Distressed Property as the following:
- A property which is in need of repair or renovation. A property that would not be purchased by the average home buyer as its condition would be considered undesirable or unlivable.
- A property owner who is motivated to sell their property at a discount due to a change in lifestyle or financial situation such as Bankruptcy, Divorce, Relocation, Foreclosure, etc.
What Types of Properties are you Looking to Purchase?
Arizona Home Offers is looking to purchase any Distressed Property that meets the minimum requirements listed below:
- Must be located in Arizona, preferably near the Phoenix or Tucson metropolitan areas
- Must have at least 2 Bedrooms
- Must have at least 1 Full Bathroom
- Must be either a Townhome, Condo, Single Family, Duplex, or Multi-Family housing
- Must be located in a relatively safe or up and coming neighborhood
- Must have reserved parking; carports and concrete slabs are acceptable
- Must be at least 700 square feet in living space
