 Arizona Real Estate Buying Process
We buy real estate in Arizona and only in Arizona. We are not a large national real estate investment group or franchisee, nor do we collect your information with hopes of selling it to other real estate investors; we actually buy real Arizona houses! Not only do we really buy Arizona homes, but we pay for all of the associated closing and inspection costs! Unlike some other real estate investment firms, we have a real estate broker and agent on our team to ensure we can close on your home when we say we can.
We can close on your house in as little as 5 days, but we are also flexible and can close when you need us to.
Understanding Our Process
Step 1 - Contacting Us
The first step in the process is making contact. We designed the "Arizona Home Offers" website to not only be informational, but to also act as an avenue for people to easily contact us. If you haven't contacted us yet, please do.
If you would like to submit your property please complete the Property Submission Form.
Step 2 - We Contact You
After being contacted we will then contact you in the method you have chosen within the property submission form, or by phone or email if that is how you initially contacted us. Depending on whether you completed the property submission form we may need to ask you a couple of questions about your property and your situation, so that we can best address your individual needs.
After we have your preliminary information we will schedule a time to meet with you in person to visually inspect your property and discuss your options.
Depending on your situation we may be able to make you a cash offer for your home during our visit.
Step 3 - Inspection & Title Search (not in all cases)
If your property is in need of repairs or built before 1980 we may need to have a preliminary home inspection performed before we can make an offer on your property.
If you are in the pre-foreclosure process we will need to perform a title search to ensure their are no ownership issues related to the property before we make an offer on your property.
Step 4 - Offer Acceptance and Purchase Agreement Signed
We come to an agreement of the purchase price and timetable for closing on the house. All involved parties then sign a purchase agreement.
Step 5 - House Closing and Transfer of Ownership
After we have completed the paperwork required to close the sale on the house we will meet again (on the day previously agreed upon) to sign the closing documents and transfer ownership. This is the money portion of the process where the cashiers checks are exchanged!
